Electrical Disconnects

The purpose is to disconnect power to or from the power source or load device for safety or maintenance. Fusible switches support the installation of fuses and provide a greater degree of protection. Non-fusible switches do not. Some disconnects are only suitable for alternating current systems and others for direct current systems. They also provide single-phase and three-phase power disconnect equipment.
